南京东大现代预应力工程有限责任公司是按现代企业制度组建的预应力专项科技型施工企业，中国工程院院士吕志涛教授为公司名誉董事长，结构工程专家冯健教授为公司董事长、法人代表，公司集中了一批具有中、技术职称、在国内工程界有较大影响的中青年技术骨干及各种工艺熟练的技师与技工，其中包括国内的施工技术专家博士生导师郭正兴教授、结构工程专家博士生导师孟少平教授、加固工程专家博士生导师张继文教授等。本公司长期从事预应力结构理论和施工技术的研究，参与了200多项及省市重点工程的设计与施工，有二十多项科研成果获和省部级奖励，多项成果获专利。公司特点是：科学研究与工程实践结合、结构与施工相结合，1995年获江苏省“产、学、研”先进集体的荣誉，1996年获建设部科技成果推广先进的称号，1999年获江苏省和南京市高新技术企业。南京东大现代预应力工程有限责任公司由江苏省建设厅核准为预应力二级（国内）专项施工单位。我公司严格遵守法律和政策以强大的结构和施工研究力量为后盾，参与市场竞争，转化科研成果，精心组织，精心施工确保工程质量。
